Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your purchases but if for any reason you are not, simply return within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Please complete the Returns Form and send it to us with the item/s you are returning.

Sending your Return

Remember to complete the returns form Returns Form and send it with the products to:

AROMATIKA, PO BOX 22, CLYST HONITON, EXETER, DEVON, EX5 2WU

Please ensure you have adequately wrapped and packaged your return. If goods are not suitably or sufficiently packed and are damaged in transit we will not be able to refund. Aromatika cannot accept liability for packages which are lost during transit.

If you are returning an item because of a mistake with your order or a fault with your packaging or product we will refund postage costs incurred. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges. Refunds will be made within 7-14 days of receiving your return.

Refunds

Under UK legislation you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery. Also, as part of consumers statutory rights goods must be as described, fit for their purpose and of satisfactory quality. If you feel our products do not comply with these statutory requirements, you are entitled to reject them and ask for a refund. If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the post and packaging costs incurred. The products must be their original unopened packaging. We cannot refund for goods which have been opened or used.
