Delivery Policy

Orders are generally processed either the day of receipt or the next working day and are dispatched to the recipient via Royal Mail or a Carrier Service. However, there may be a delay at peak times or around Bank Holidays. Please allow 1 week for delivery.

Delivery to UK mainland is FREE but there is a minimum order value of £30.00. For orders less then £30.00 a P&P of £4.50 applies for all goods dispatched within the UK.

For overseas orders please contact aromatika@aromatika.co.uk regarding shipping costs. Orders outside the EEC are not subject to VAT and therefore 17.5% will be deducted from the cost of the order, however you will be responsible for any local taxes which are due.
